  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By using this Discord bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you disagree to these terms, you may not use the bot.

  2. Usage
    You may use this bot to access Fortnite Festival-related information, including track metadata, live leaderboards, and shop details.

    You must not misuse the bot, including but not limited to spamming commands, engaging in harassment to users with information shared within the bot's responses, or attempting to exploit the bot for malicious personal gain.

    The bot owner reserves the right to revoke any subscription at any time, if it is found to be invalid (channel deleted, missing permissions, etc), or misuse is found, with or without previous notice. We recommend you verify your subscription often.

    You need to share at least 1 (one) mutual server with the bot to receive subscription messages in your DMs.

    You may not attempt to control your position in the queue of subscription message arrivals.

    The bot owner reserves the right to forcibly leave any server, if it is found to be misusing Festival Tracker.

    Festival Tracker and the bot owner do not reserve the right to create invites to other servers.

  3. Modifications
    The bot owner reserves the right to modify or discontinue the bot, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Any changes to the bot’s functionality or these Terms of Service will be announced within the bot.

  4. Intellectual Property
    Any original code, design, or other intellectual property related to the bot belongs to the developer. Fortnite and the Fortnite logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere.

  5. Disclaimer
    The bot is provided "as is" and "as available." The bot owner makes no representations or warranties regarding the operation of the bot or the information provided. The bot owner will not be held liable for any damage or loss, whether it be nominal, arising from your use of the bot.

  6. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America.
